We provide ITIL based service delivery by adhering to the back-to-back SLA that we have with our customers. We have a strong pool of right skilled resources in all the countries and cross-train them to improve efficiency and effectiveness. We excel in vetted technician availability management, Ontime arrival to the job sites, and timecard-based reporting.
Our strong pool of skilled IT technicians possesses excellent skills and experience in the Installation & configuration of desktops and laptops including user data migration, network printing, network drives. Excellent skills and experience in the Installation & configuration of Servers/Storage/Network Devices. Able to provide desk side support to users. Able to undertake User audit & Physical and Wireless surveys.
We provide 24X7 on demand dispatch and Staff Augmentation services to support the IT Infrastructure landscape of the client. We do take up Monthly Maintenance Contracts (MMC) and Annual Maintenance (AMC) to look after our clients ‘systems. We will do periodic visit as per the agreed contract to proactively do the health check of the IT estate. We also provide loaner service of hardware devices in case of faulty devices until it gets procured and replaced.

Gnotis generally provide two type of services as per the agreement with its clients.
A. Proactive or AMC Support (Annual Maintenance Contract)
Pro-Active support or AMC based support where we ensure that the client’s infrastructures are well maintained with regular health and performance checks. Systems are kept updated and issues are reported to the site contact in a timely manner. Logs are reports are shared every month to the management for their visibility.
Overall IT estate of the client is managed by Gnotis for a minimum period of 12 months in the AMC or proactive model with unlimited call outs.
B. Reactive or Call based Support (OnDemand or Dedicated Support)
Gnotis technicians are deployed at the customer site after the background verification checks and site orientations for support their IT Infrastructure. Gnotis also provides OnDemand IT workforce to fix the issues and outages with 4 hours or as per the agreed Service Level Agreement. The right skilled technician will visit the site within the agreed SLA and fix the issue or an outage. This model is a cost saver in a non-critical or small environment and an effective solution.
C. Managed Service Support (MSS)
Gnotis manage its client’s entire IT infrastructure estate and provide various metrics-based reporting to the relevant stakeholders. The management lies with Gnotis and the support services will be based on industry standard frame works and best practices. Depending on the size of the customer site, Gnotis will provide the right support model which ranges from Dedicated, Designated, Hub-Spoke, Campus and Dispatch inorder to support its client’s business.
